LWF Distillery was born out of a passion for flavour. Crafted using only the finest ingredients, including 5 times filtered NZ rainwater, LWF Distilling control the full process - fermenting, distilling, bottling and barrelling on site in Taranaki.
Bringing a new world view to Rum, LWF Distilling range to date includes the classic, bold White Rum, a complex Rhubarb Rum and a seasonal Feijoa Rum.
This boutique NZ Rum Distillery’s first execution, LWF Distilling White Rum, a London Spirits Competition Bronze award winner, has a fruity nose, smooth mouthfeel and enough rum funk to hold up to classic mixers and shine in a cocktail.
The LWF Distilling Rhubarb Rum is the preference of the dark rum drinkers - don’t be fooled by the pink hue, the Rhubarb notes add a complexity to the Rum that makes LWF Distilling Rhubarb Rum a perfect short drink.
The Seasonal LWF Distilling Feijoa Rum brings NZ’s love for Feijoa to the delicious fruity LWF Distilling White Rum base.

The Original Copperhead Road Distillery NZ crafts award winning vodka, using pure kiwi ingenuity and a unique process.
Copperhead Road Distillery's "Pure Heart" Vodka is a unique drinking pleasure! Being the best Vodka from New Zealand, a country of clear waters, fresh air & unspoiled landscapes, we had to live up to our 100% pure philosophy of course! We batch brew our special mash of ingredients so that we create a wash with the maximum potential for distillation. In our micro-brewing technique, which is slow, precise and perfected over years of refining, the fractional distillation process is unique due to the Kiwi ingenuity of our custom designed still. This means that it is able to precisely separate the ethyl alcohol (Pure Heart of the product) from the other fractions (heads and tails). With nothing extra added we then reduce it down to a 42% concentration with pure New Zealand water. Relax with a “PURE HEART” and you will want to share the experience!
Imagination gin is the passionate adventure of good mates Simon Wilson and Chris Charteris.
After 2 years of scheming and experimenting (and a bit of drinking), in 2018 we established our distillery on the site of the original Tuatara Brewery in the lush Reikorangi Valley on the Kapiti Coast in New Zealand. Being in the shadow of New Zealand’s pioneering craft beer makers is a constant inspiration to us to be the very best we can.
We distill in an 8 plate fractionating column still using pure rainwater captured on the property. The secret to our flavour profile comes from the distinctive yeast we use in fermentation, charcoal filtered rainwater, the delicate balance of botanicals in distillation and of course, very active imaginations!
We source many of our ingredients locally from family owned and operated farms and orchards and from backyard home gardeners. These people, their families and communities we consider to be a hugely important part of what we are doing.
The name imagination represents the ingenuity and anything-is-possible attitude that epitomises the New Zealand spirit that binds us together as one people. We hope you’ll enjoy the fruits of our imaginations.
Two guys from New Zealand who didn’t know each other until one married the others sister and then they did. A year sitting in bars and lounges discussing how they always wanted to make their own gin. This is how two brothers-in-law and a part time musician got in to a lot of debt and created a gin that won gold in London and San Francisco.
12 botanicals, nature's wild apostles.
Water, torn from the earth 80 years after it was hurled down on New Zealand's Southern Alps.
A whisky still, 19th century, stumbled upon in a long abandoned shed.
These are our ingredients.
This is how Scapegrace signs its name around the globe.
